1-1/2 C mayonnaise

1 C sour cream

½ C minced Doux South® Mean Green Tomatoes

1/4 C chopped fresh chives

3 T chopped fresh tarragon

2 T chopped fresh basil

2 T Green Tomato brine

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 anchovy fillet

1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled



1.  Blend mayonnaise and sour cream with the next 7 ingredients in processor.

2.  Add avocado and blend and season with salt and pepper.

3.  Apply liberally to your favorite sandwich or burger. Enjoy!

**Refrigerate any leftovers.
