1/4 cup Doux South® Drunken Tomato brine
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
In a small bowl whisk together Drunken Tomato brine, brown sugar, garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Slowly whisk in olive oil and set vinaigrette in the fridge until ready for use. Pour over your favorite salad.
