- 2 T olive oil
- 16 oz. (1 jar) of Drunken Tomatoes
- ¼ C of brine
- 1 Jalepeno pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- Heat oil in frying pan on the stove at med. high until hot.
- Add the pepper and stir until soft.
- Add garlic and stir for one minute.
- Stir in Drunken Tomatoes and brine. Cook until tomatoes are heated through and a bit broken down and brine is reduced by about half.
- Serve over Flank Steak or your favorite steak.
