2 T olive oil
16 oz. (1 jar) of Drunken Tomatoes
¼ cup Drunken Tomato brine
1 Jalepeno Pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
Heat oil in frying pan on the stove at medium high until hot.
Add the pepper and stir until soft.
Add garlic and stir for one minute.
Stir in Drunken Tomatoes and brine. Cook until tomatoes are heated through and a bit broken down and brine is reduced by about half.
Serve over a grilled Flank Steak or another favorite steak.
