¼ cup plus 2 T olive oil

¼ cup plus 2 T Greek Yogurt

1 T Angry Cuke brine

Salt and Pepper

¼ cup minced Angry Cukes

2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and julienned

¼ # sugar snap peas, thinly sliced

¼ # radish, shaved thin

1 T torn mint

1 T torn basil

In a medium size bowl, mix together olive oil, yogurt and Angry Cuke brine.

Add remaining ingredients and hold cold until ready to use.

To plate, place cucumber salad in the middle of the plate and top w/ crispy chicken.
