1 clove of garlic, minced

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 C Dukes Mayo

1/2 C Sour Cream

1/4 C flat leaf parsley, minced

3 Angry Cuke pickle slices

1 T chives, minced

1/2 tsp Angry Cuke brine

1/4 tsp Paprika

1 1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 C to 1/2 C buttermilk (as needed for desired consistency)

Dash of hot sauce to taste

  1. Place all the ingredients in your food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Place in covered container in your fridge until ready for use. Should be used within three days.
  3. Pour over your fresh greens and enjoy!
