4 cloves of garlic, roasted
2 cups Little Rock Caviar, drained and brine reserved
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
4 Tbsp Little Rock Caviar brine
4 Tbsp water
8 dashes hot sauce
- Turn on food processor fitted with the steel blade and drop the garlic down the feed tube.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and process until the hummus is coarsely puree.
- Taste for seasonings and let sit for and hour.
- Serve with homemade pita chips.
