4 cloves of garlic, roasted

2 cups Little Rock Caviar, drained and brine reserved

1 ½ tsp kosher salt

1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)

4 Tbsp Little Rock Caviar brine

4 Tbsp water

8 dashes hot sauce

 

  1. Turn on food processor fitted with the steel blade and drop the garlic down the feed tube.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and process until the hummus is coarsely puree.
  3. Taste for seasonings and let sit for and hour.
  4. Serve with homemade pita chips.
